1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using the Calsy mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Purpose of the App

Calsy is an independent business tool designed for independent wellness coaches and distributors. It provides features for lead management, retail price calculation, and volume point tracking.

3. Data Accuracy

While we strive for 100% accuracy in our VP and Price Calculator, Calsy is a support tool. Users are responsible for verifying final calculations against the official price list and distributor portal before completing any financial transactions.

4. Data Privacy & Storage

Your business data (leads, sales history, and notes) is stored locally on your device. Calsy does not have access to your personal lead lists or customer data unless you explicitly use cloud-sync features (if applicable). You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use this app for any illegal purposes or to violate the intellectual property of others. Reverse engineering the app or attempting to extract the source code is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Calsy and its developers shall not be liable for any financial loss, data loss, or business interruptions resulting from the use or inability to use the app.
